Having the right information is important when choosing which malts will work in different types of beer.  That is why we have invested in an in-house sensory panel for determining sensory notes of our malt products.  Our taste panel assesses both the characteristics of current malts as well as those in development.  Our goal is to provide the best indication of how the malt will taste and what our customers may expect in their latest recipes.

We use industry methods to assess malt flavors, including the ASBC hot steep method.
