In order to help brewers meet growing consumer demand for Organic craft beers, the new product development and grain team at Great Western Malting has sourced and malted organic barley to produce Organic Superior Pilsen Malt.
The GWM Organic product offering includes seven other malt varieties and unmalted barley upon request. The Organic Superior Pilsen Malt will be available in 55 lb. bags from select Country Malt Group warehouses.
